House Rules
- Late check-out is subject to availability
- The resort is fully cashless for your convenience
- Bullock Island welcomes dogs. Resident dogs live on the island but will stay on one side of island, upon guest request for a dog-free experience.
Cancellation Policy
- Rates are quoted in USD, per room per night, based on single or double occupancy, on room-only basis.
- Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 9% hotel tax. A minimum stay of 2 nights is mandatory.
- 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation and full payment is required 30 days before guest arrival. Full non-refundable payment is required at the time of confirmation for holiday seasons. Room reservations will be cancelled in the event of non-payment. No refunds will be available for no shows, late arrival or early departure. It is recommended for guests to have travel insurance.
